Before our holiday to Phuket I had read many excellent reviews about the P&C jewellery store in Patong. Amongst others about the good quality of restoring and remodeling rings. So on the first day of arrival we went to the store and discussed our plans, picked a new gemstone and selected a ring model. The very friendly and patient lady in the shop, who does all remodeling herself, gave very good input and advice. Our modified wedding ring would be ready in 5 days and at a very decent price. The following week we picked up the ring and were extremely happy and impressed about the amazing result. It looked absolutely fantastic! Attached you can see a picture of the wedding ring before and after the remodeling. Thank you so much!
We really recommend this great quality P& C jewelry store to everybody. Just keep in mind that good work needs a couple of days, so don’t pass by the day before you are leaving Phuket.

I was looking at rings, not 100% satisfied with the designs & styles i was seeing, as i like my jewelry sold & different.. (fussy)
I was told i could design my own no problems. I told the jeweler what i had in mind, what stones & materials.
We worked together to draw something amazing up.
The price was fantastic, I was shocked.
I paid for the ring & shipping, as i was leaving in 3 days.
I received regular messages on the progress of my ring, the final photo & shipping details.
When i received the ring i was amazed as to how beautiful it was in real life.
I absolutely love it. I will 100% go back and design more jewelry.

Amazing! The man was so knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and then drew it up. I am so excited with the result. He is honest and trustworthy and I would 100% recommend.

I have bought jewelry from this store before and could not fault price or quality. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful as well. This time (October 2023), I took my old jewelry over and had more custom made rings made and designed. To say Im thrilled is an understatement. Even bigger bonus is that I had gems leftover, so I’ll need to come back for another visit! Haha! Highly recommend this business. They are amazing! 10/10

My friend had her engagement ring repaired and another ring remodelled and she could not be happier. The service and end result was incredible. She would highly recommend this store for anyone wanting jewellery made, remodelled or repaired!

I took my wedding ring there to have it restored to its original state.
My ring was botched in Bangkok. It was supposed to be made a size smaller.
I am so happy my ring looks like it did on the first day.

I did a lot of research and found this jewellery shop to be the best . I took lots of jewellery to be remodeled , old gold and silver earrings , bracket etc that had missing stones or I no longer liked and he melted it down and we got things remodeled as well as fixed broken clips, missing stones etc
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT
Highly recommend them
Go as soon as you can as it can take a few days. Be sure to check items on pick up as they forgot to put a bracket in and had to post it to me .

My husband had a custom ring made for me in white gold with pink sapphires!! I was over the moon with the result and Mr Chuchai could not be more helpful! If you want any jewellery whilst in Patong, this place is number 1!!

Hi. Just after ESTIMATES but wondering if anyone could give me an approximate idea of the costs of jewellery repairs or custom makes? For example I have a large gemstone and some broken gold jewellery and was hoping to have the gem set into a pendant? Plus I’m hoping to have the clasp on a belcher bracelet replaced...

Hi Kerry - I tried to send emails a couple of times to both emails I found on the website and on my invoice but no answer. I was trying to order another ring the same as I bought over there but will just have to wait till the next trip over there unfortunately. But, well worth the wait.

I will be in Patong for 6 days in mid May is that enough time to have 3 rings made into one ring. Taking some stones from 2 rings and the gold so I can have 2 ring. Have purchased Jewlery from you previously

I had 3 rings melted down and stones put into one ring. Absolutely thrilled with the final product. It was back in 7 days. Contact them directly thru email and let them know your arrival and departure dates and they'll probably sort something for you. We had no trouble corresponding with them thru email.

Your gold chain and bracelet would depend on the following:
1. current market price for gold.
2. karat of gold to be used..9karat is less
expensive compared to 18karat or 24 karat.
3. weight of jewelry as price would be
computed according to karat weight in
grams plus labor ( thats around 40 % of the
total value of gold to be used for the jewelry)
4. P@C have very gòod quality yellow gold.
5. white gold is a little pricier than yellow gold.
6. time frame to make jewelry will depend òn the design.
Discuss with Chai and Sea about your budget. Theyll give you their best price.
