Superb Gym..all of the trainers are super good especially Sukhbir, Aslam, Vishal, Bimal..Fazil, the manager is very helpful.

I have traveled the world extensively, and by far the Quan Spa at JW Marriott, Aerocity, New Delhi is among the best of the best. I have been here multiple times since 2015. The spa maintains high cleanliness standards and is managed very well. The staff are well-trained and I have always left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
They used to be open 24 hours, a boon for late night international arrivals/departures, but the post-pandemic local regulations prevent this now. I sure hope they can go back to being open 24 hours in the future.
All in all, a wonderful spa experience with great staff!

I had a full body spice bundle massage with Jothi. She was absolutely brilliant. The pressure was perfect and she ensured I was comfortable at all times. Highly recommended.

Great deep tissue massage and mani/pedi. We were late but they were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Nice gym for a hotel. Enough treadmills, weight machines, but limited for free weights. Decent outdoor pool, which was quite busy in spite of the Delhi pollution. Deepak, one of the trainers, did a really nice job in helping me stretch after my run.

Most 5* hotels in India have excellent spa facilities. So whenever I travel to India, I try to find the time to enjoy the hotel spa at least once during the trip. My trip to Delhi last week was no exception and am I glad I tried the spa!
Outstanding, world-class massage therapist, excellent service, and luxurious facilities. All in all, no question in my mind that I would experience it again.

Be prepared to be pampered by Diana and her lovely team of professionals.
The spa it self is beautiful and clean , and the staff incredibly professional and forever happy to help . It’s definitely worth a visit if your needing some YOU time .

The attention given by ALL the staff in this Spa was amazing.
From Shagun in the reception area, to the lady in the changing room (whose name I don’t know unfortunately) to the really excellent massage I received from Achan (& I’ve had a lot over the years)!
It is nothing less than I would expect in India but all the staff at this hotel went seriously above & beyond the normal levels of customer service. Very well done & thank you.

you can pick the duration - 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes (and even two hours, but I am not 100% sure)
