Driver didn’t show

We waited 30 minutes in the rain. Driver never showed up. Tried calling number provided, but the number was not in service. Finally took a taxi.

I wrote to trip advisor customer service which is very difficult to find. TripAdvisor app does not provide a mechanism to reach out or file a complaint. The response was that we didn’t show up and no refund would be given. In other words the transport company is calling us liars.

If I could rate this service lower I would certainly do so. They left us standing in the rain, refused to refund our advance payment, and called us liars.

I’m also very disappointed in TripAdvisor for making it so difficult to get help and not standing up for us. I’ll be writing a separate review for the TripAdvisor app.

Excellent Transportation in Nicaragua

It was my first trip to Nicaragua, and I found this company on the Internet, called Pin and Shuttle, it facilitated my stay a lot since I organize all my transportation services, for a business trip and also to know the country, I had 7 days with a group and its very good logisitica, its excellent punctuality, its new units, we toured Managua, Granada, Tola and San Juan del Sur to see some projects and this company took care of everything. Thank you for your services
