I would recommend, however, that you consider calling or emailing me directly, so I can best understand your needs and how we can meet them in a fashion your group would most enjoy. HOW IS THE TOUR TRANSPORTED TO DIFFERENT PHOTOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS? There are two options regarding where we pick up our tour clients. One is in Phoenix, close to the I-17 and 101 Loop interchange. The other is in Sedona. There is a small extra fee for the transportation beginning in Phoenix. All transportation is provided by us in a vehicle which can comfortably accommodate the entire number of people booking the tour. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM FOR A TOUR? The minimum number of clients taken in an individual tour is 2, and the maximum is usually 6. In some unusual cases we have taken larger groups; but only rarely because our emphasis is on providing each participant with plenty of attention and assistance. WE POTENTIALLY MAY WANT TO LIMIT THE TOUR TO OUR GROUP. IS THAT POSSIBLE? That depends on the size of your group. Calling or emailing us so we can discuss your needs would be very advantageous here. But we are committed to do all we can to fulfill your needs! WHAT TYPE OF CAMERA EQUIPMENT IS RECOMMENDED? Digital SLR cameras really are best for capturing the best pictures possible. If members of your group are interested, we have a couple of cameras which we can loan out for a very reasonable fee for those who do not own a digital SLR but would like to use one on this tour. Point-and-Shoot cameras (which would include quality cameras on cell phones) are also workable, but the resulting image quality would be significantly less and some images would not be able to be captured at all. But we will work with those bringing these cameras the best we can!
