Very surprising, the mall is fairly new and has a good selection of upper end stores. It's not huge like you'd find in Asia or the US, but it is very good sized. And of course, has mall pricing in its stores. worth a visit if you're looking to buy something upscale.

I love love love this mall. There’s an array of different shops and readily available ATM’s. There’s also a huge grocery store with the most friendly staff. My favorite part was the local wines in the lobby. I enjoyed sipping on my palm wine while shopping.

I am giving this place 5stars because it is the cleanest, most modern place I have been in Kumasi! There are 2 big stores for groceries and household items. There is a little food court section with about 5 restaurants. You can negotiate in the smaller stores. I went alone at night a few times and always felt safe.

Kumasi City Mall is not the first or the only actual mall in Kumasi. Palace around ahodwo has been a beacon of hope for quiet a long time for shoppers in Kumasi in need of quality products. The reining champion Melcom can't be left out either. They are spread all over Kumasi; Adum mainly and melcom road, ahodwo.
Anyway, Kumasi City Mall is 'a must go to' place if you find yourself in the city of Kumasi. There are two giant shops, 'Shoprite' and the 'Game' adding great value to the mall but watch out for 'Watch and Dine Cinema' for a superb experience. I went to the mall not because of the Game or Shoprite but to catch a movie at 'watch and dine cinema' with an old pal and I loved it.
I had initially gone in to see Creed II but the tickets were sold out so I opted out for Aquaman and it was the best 2 hours and 23 mins ever spent in a cinema on a christmas night. I caught this action packed, romantic fused and comical laced movie in 3D and it was amazing! The sound system in the theatre did full justice in offering an immersive 3D experience. Yup, they provided limited 3D glasses but don't forget to drop it in the box on your way out!!
Tickets were at 35 ghana cedis each as of December, 2018. They do sell real food from burgers, fried chicken in bucket, rice(fried & jollof) and so on which ranges from 25 ghana cedis to 40-50 ghana cedis, hence their name Watch and Dine cinema. They do have pop corn and pop albeit their sodas are mostly sugar free (yuck!).

Na Kumasi stad is het een must om ook de Kumasi City Mall te bezoeken.
Mooie, soms ook luxe winkels.
2 prachtige supermarkten aanwezig. Prijsstelling is OK.

A great place to go with friends and family! There is a movie theater too. There is even a place where kids can hang out and play and eat.

Excellent mall with two large shopping malls (shoprite and game) and a very nice movie theatre. I watched a movie in the VIP theatre which has very comfortable seats with a side table for food. There is a bell to call people, and they will deliver the food to you during the movie. The food is obviously expensive but pretty delicious.
The mall also has many ATMs and restaurants with a kfc near by outside the mall

Kumasi City Mall is an open air mall with a casual atmosphere. Built to expand, this mall is poised to be the largest in Ghana.
Two anchor stores, Game And Shoprite, provide nearly every need, and there is a complement of smaller stores in between. The restaurants from traditional to International are sufficient for the time being, but to complete the selection, a coffee shop with bakery would be welcome. They do have a movie theatre, "Watch & Dine" that is a first of it's kind in Ghana. They show world premiere movies from Hollywood, and offer stadium seating with slide out tables for eating a meal during the film. Expensive yes, but an experience.
Parking is plentiful with secure underground parking. Lots of ATMs.
All in all, the mall is a great place to take a casual stroll and do some shopping.

A very large parking space and several range of shops available. You can get a wide variety of products and services all in one location. Prices are moderate but some are a bit high.

This is a well planned mall with open air as well as air conditioned spaces. There are shops and a ride attraction for kids, but there are some great casual eating places and stores for adults too. Clothing and appliances are plentiful, and the two anchor stores offer groceries and household items that may be hard to find in other parts of Kumasi.
