Paguei 600 reais a mais por uma opção “VIP” que tudo o que prometiam não cumpriram, como whiskey, champanhe, um guia em português, mas tudo bem, porque os vips tiveram lagosta no almoço, uma pena eu ser alérgico.!

Un lugar paradisiaco, muy buena animación en el catamarán por parte de los integrantes de la tripulación, bebidas a bordo, la comida de buena calidad, hay venta de bebidas por si desean cervezas o alguna otra cosa.

Nice but not enough room at the beach. Food wasnt good. The staff was nice and attentive. The catamaran was an amazing experience

Alberto and the team were amazing. The whole trip was fantastic. I went with a crutch and they were amazingly helpful the whole way. The "swimming pool" was beautiful. The island wasn't too crowded. Good food and drinks (I'm celiac and had no trouble). The catamaran back was lovely. The photographers were very talented. Definitely worth the money!!!

The trip was beautiful!!! They take you on a speedboat to an area with crystal-clear water for you to swim in. Then they take you to Saona Island, where you get a decent meal and can enjoy the nice beach. The tour guide was very friendly, and it was a great vibe! I do have to mention that you need to be prepared for many stops along the way. The wait time for the stops was the only con, but other than that, the excursion was well worth it!

Nice tour
The guide was perfect explaining everything. The beach and the island beautiful. No regret except a sun a little bit too hot ;)

Gorgeous island, terrible tour company

If you are looking for a straightforward way to get to the island and enjoy it without spending 12+ hours, this is not it. We went through many different options to find the one that didn't make extra stops so that we could just focus on the island itself. That is not what we got.

We were picked up early in the morning and after a wait on the side of the road and a confusing bus swap, we were taken out of the right way to a tourist trap with horribly priced souvenirs and food. This was unnecessary and a complete waste of time, putting everyone in a bad mood. We arrived at the port over 3 hours after pickup.

There was one guide (super nice guy) for all 75 people on the tour. We were put on speedboats and taken to the natural swimming pool. It was lovey but again delayed us in getting to the island. I think that this one tour company owns many listings and puts everyone on the same one no matter what you choose.

The island was lovely and the lunch was good. Just be assertive against annoying vendors and you'll be fine.

Both on the way to and from, bus drivers handed their phone to some of the others who proceeded to blast extremely vulgar music, yell, and dance in the aisles. We aren't prudes and don't mind people having a good time, but this is totally unprofessional and miserable to everyone else, and eventually caused tension between passengers.

I would splurge for a smaller group and a better tour company.

Charged me $265 for excursion they were unable to provide and won't provide a refund

Booked through website and informed the excursion was full. I I have contacted multiple times for refund via email and whatsapp and at first they responded saying they would process the refund but then they stopped responding to my inquiries. It's been almost 2 weeks and the charge is still on my credit card. This level of service makes me not want to book an excursion in the future with this company and wanted to write this to warn others before booking through their website.

The trip was a fair price compared to similar trips. It was a 12.5 hour day that included mostly travel. We took a boat where our seat did not have any shade in both directions, to and from the island. On the way home we chose to sit on the floor to protect us from the sun. We were offered glasses of water and soda on the boat. On the island the only chair available was broken and there was no shade. It was very hot. The staff on the island ran out of water to drink while we were there. We snorkled for about 40 minutes, the current was strong so it kept pushing us away from the boat.

Nice beach day and boat ride

Very nice excursion. Lovely beach area and catamaran ride was great. Take lots of water and sunscreen. Would only recommend the team to have music on the speedboat and beach area. The food wasn’t great but edible. The photography was a bit pricey but well worth it. Nice people all around.
