Looking for an intro/sightseeing tour of Ojai on Sunday afternoon 4/10. Can anyone make a recommendation? TIA!

Ojai has a farmer's market on Sundays from 9-1. You could pick up a bag of local pixie tangerines there and mingle with locals. A best-bet inexpensive lunch (11-4) is Ojai Tortilla House on Signal, just across from Libby Park. Join the long line of locals (no seating) and take your $2 to $5 delicious homemade burrito, taco or quesadilla to the park to eat. (Great playground if you have kids.) If you prefer plentiful American brunch food in a sit-down, retro diner decor, try Bonnie Lu's on Ojai ave, open until 2:30. Follow that with a walk on the Ojai Meadow Conservancy loop, just north of Nordhoff High School. Go before it gets too hot. Park on the street, start at the end nearest the high school, and walk a flat, rustic loop trail through the seasonal wildflowers and old Eucalyptus trees and a vernal lake with wild birds, too. Less then an hour, even if you take lots of flower pictures. The Ojai museum (not too exciting, but good for a short visit) is open until 4. Adults without kids might prefer looking at the Beatrice Wood gallery, which is up the hill in beautiful Upper Ojai, (Ojai-Santa Paula road) open until 5, for pottery and the story of an eccentric modern woman. Eat big portions of Italian american food at Bocalli's with the locals, or have a fancier meal on the patio at Suzanne's before heading back.
