A beautiful shopping mall, with a great range of shops. There was an art exhibition on too when we went. Finally my partner and I ate at a patisserie across the road - delicious! A great trip out.

Too bad.....a Shopping Center with absolute cleanliness and care, toilets should be redone because they are old but clean, the Neo?
Shops..... no longer up to the standard of the Centre, goods excluded in a percentage of 20%..... very scarce, the Public Businesses are no longer Exceptional, what can I say?
Before it was a gem.....now not...but we trust in the Ownership....as an attentive entrepreneur.....but it takes a bold move and courage, the Center doesn't deserve it. ...... Sin!

On 20 June 2023 I returned some trousers (multiple items of the same item) because, following the first wash (carried out in accordance with the washing instructions) they had all unstitched, and all in the same way and in the same place. So it seems clear to me that it was a poorly made article.
The shop assistant who served me that day told me that she could not make a return, but that she would give me a voucher for the amount, underlining that it would be redeemable within 6 months and valid for both full price and sale items and that I could also use it in multiple solutions, that from time to time he would give me a new voucher for the remaining amount.
Today (15 September 2023) I chose some items in the shop and, when it was time to pay, the shop assistant at the checkout told me that I had to use the voucher all in one solution and it was of no use explaining to her that my colleague told me differently this summer, he indirectly called me a liar (indirectly, but since he claimed that they couldn't have told me that, the gist is this) and, upon my request to check who was on duty that day to ask, he replied that he couldn't of course "flagellate your colleague for 7 euros". I simply tried to assert my rights, I am a correct and honest person and I would willingly have overlooked a mistake (which we can all make), but the attitude of the 3 clerks in front of me was shameful. The clerk present laughed at the scene the whole time. In the end they gave me a 7 euro voucher, as if they were doing me a favor to get me out of the way, but even if it had been 300 euros I would never go back.
Certainly after this experience I no longer want to deal with the people I met today (and I'm very sorry, because in that store I also found extremely nice and kind girls with whom I have always only had the pleasure of dealing ), but I'm a good, honest person who today found herself (and I'm very ashamed of it because it's not my style at all) shouting in a shop because she was treated almost as if she were a thief and I certainly don't deserve it.
Shame on you.

This morning I went to the Portali, after ten years, a terrible and disappointing experience, as many shops were closed and most of the shops did not have air conditioning. Afterwards I reached the Zagare and under the tunnel I couldn't breathe, I no longer remembered the distance between two shopping centres.

Con il solito gruppo di amici abbiamo deciso di cenare lì per festeggiare il compleanno di uno dei nostri figli …
Ovviamente abbiamo prenotato ed abbiamo chiesto se potevano mettere la torta in frigo ma ci è stato detto che non era possibile portare la torta … ok prenotiamo lo stesso un tavolo per 20 persone….. a fine cena ci rendiamo conto che nel tavolo accanto al nostro c era un altro compleanno … ad un certo punto o signori escono DUE TORTE … il panico….. iniziamo a lamentarci tutti chiedendo spiegazioni… la ragazza , che al momento dice di essere la responsabile di sala, di scusa dicendo che non poteva buttarli fuori… dopo un battibecco interminabile ci saremmo aspettati quantomeno uno sconto o un dolce offerto da loro per cercare in qualche modo di scusarsi ma nienteeeeeeee
Siamo in Italia dove chi rispetta le regole la prende sempre in quel posto !!!

Il rispetto per i clienti è fondamentale e noi ci siamo sentiti clienti di secondo livello….

Centro commerciale conosciutissimo offre tutti i servizi utili alla clientela. Molto ben tenuto, pulito e con soluzioni architettoniche molto piacevoli. Praticamente si trova di tutto. Parcheggi comodi e funzionali.

Mi rammarica leggere l'aggettivo con il quale vengono identificati i bambini che il sig. Salvo Saraniti ha incontrato ai Portali!!! Addirittura mafiosi Mi dispiace veramente, penso che lui non abbia figli perchè è disdicevole leggere tale commento.

Buonasera signora Liliana, La invito a fare una passeggiatina il sabato sera. Ovviamente non tutti i ragazzi sono delinquenti ma è diventato davvero un covò di persone poco raccomandabili. Soprattutto il lato cinema dove si parcheggiano i motorini. Abito in quella zona e so di cosa parlo. Ho visto più volte scene davvero brutte che Le posso raccontare per esperienza personale, non per sentito dire. Il fatto che io non abbia figli non implica direttamente il divieto di sottoscrivere un personalissimo commento. Condivisibile o meno che sia. Mi dispiace che il mio commento abbia suscitato in lei tale reazione, sono certo che suo figlio/a non rientra in quella categoria di persone. Un saluto.
