It is my first visit in Dublin and I've found there's a bus (757) connecting the airport with B&B's address. Any idea what is the price and where can you buy tickets from?
Thank you :)
We arrived at midnight, so that we took a taxi. A very sympathic driver that described to us where we were driving
I would suggest you contact the hotel directly, there are two bus services, one runs to a stop nearby and the other not so close (sorry, can't remember which is which). Also, the street numbers don't run consecutively, so knowing which way to go is confusing if you don't have GPS.
Tickets are $6E pp one way or $10E pp round trip. You get them outside at the bus stand at a kiosk. The 757 goes very close to Kilronan House from the airport. It's the way we got there. BUT watch closely for the stops. We missed it waiting for an announcement or something to warn us.
The 757 is the airport route run by the Dublin City Transport. Check their website, or Dublin Airport ground transportation, for information on fares, schedules, etc. Pretty sure you can purchase fare at the airport, and if you will be using city bus during your stay, travel cards as well. We saw these buses frequently in the city, but not along Adelaide Rd. itself, so you might need to walk a block or from the nearest stop to the hotel. Aircoach is more expensive, but more direct, and you can purchase tickets online in advance. Your choice.
