Our room was fabulous. Mt. Yotei was just in front of you the view in this hotel is great. The drinks in the fredge were all inclusive and loved it. Staff was very friendly but polite. Service level and food quality is just awesome. I’ll be back for sure.
We spent a week at the Andaru collections niseko 3 weeks ago and it was simply amazing. The villa is incredible with luxury comfort, and the service is « relais & chateau » level. The team really cares for the guests and was very reactive to any of our wishes. The half board experience is not to be mentioned, absolutely stunning and fine dining at restaurant Ultimo, and i know what i am talking about as a french chef! Bravo to the Chef too! Really thank you to all the team for this unforgettable experience ! We will definitely come again !
