We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was for 4 people and was a good size. We had the room that was 2 twin beds + 2 sofa beds, but honestly the sofa beds were the same as the twin beds (we couldn’t tell which were which) and were all very comfortable and generously wide. The only thing lacking from the room was a safe. There were also some small cupboards in the room but they were locked shut, except for the one with the mini fridge in it, which we found strange.
The hotel was very clean and modern and whilst the receptionists didn’t speak much English, they tried to be helpful and stored our luggage for free both on arrival and on our checkout day.
There was also a guest lounge in the basement that had a hot and cold water dispenser, a toaster oven and a microwave. There weren’t any trays to put into the toaster oven, just racks, and whilst there were cups, plates, spoons and forks there were no knives. The toaster oven cooked a small pizza we bought at the local supermarket, which was very helpful!
We didn’t eat at the cafe near reception, but it seemed to be very expensive for what it was, but was popular with young trendy locals.
The hotel was in a nice quiet are and was about about 10mins from the Asakusa station that had a direct train to Narita airport for about 1500 yen each, which was really handy.
Such a nice stay. The staff was very kind. The food at the restaurant was very good but be warned that the restaurant is credit card only. Breakfast was included in the room price and was very good. We had a moderate loft room which was very roomy

客室選びのポイント:There are only 2 choices for breakfast but they are both very good!!
In a quiet area of Asakusa 15m walk from the station. Skytree tower is close by. Three kids had the loft room and parents had a smaller queen room. Excellent thought limited choice for breakfast. Great ambience and staff. Recommended for families.
Worst hotel on our two week trip through Japan. Rooms are ok, but location is far from sights and subway. But the worst is breakfast: you have the choice between a Vegan Bowl and a sort of chicken sandwich - both don't taste. No chance for anything else and not even a Lawson or 7-ELEVEN close-by. Bottom line: don't come ... and if you have to, don't stay longer than one night!!
