Enjoyed stopping by for lunch in this gorgeous hotel and restaurant space on a tour with #huberjapan. In the modern sleek space we enjoyed eating oyako donburi, which featured local items from the Chizu (Yazu) district in Tottori Prefecture. Eating our well priced (1,200 Yen) lunch seated over tables that also doubled as grills, and overlooking the lovely lawn was a rare treat. With excellent service, food and presentation, it inspired me to want to stay overnight at the hotel in the future. Well worth having lunch here if you are in the area and are looking for a relaxing atmosphere and modern ambiance.
廃校となった校舎が生まれ変わった里山リゾートホテル（OOE VALLEY STAY）のスタンダードダブルの部屋に滞在しました。打ちっぱなしの床と板張りの小上がり・ガラス張りのバスルーム・テレビなしの時間の流れを体験する生活。なかなか斬新で楽しかったです。お部屋はアメニティー・ファシリティともに充実していました。今治タオル・おしゃれなルームウエア・ダイソンのヘアードライヤー・バルミューダのケトル・加湿器・オーガニックのシャンプーやソープ、そしてコーヒーまでがオーガニック。細かいところまで気遣いが感じられました。食事は囲炉裏端を囲んでのコース料理もあり、鳥取の海や山の幸がたっぷりで満足いくものでした。 ホテルに隣接して旧体育館があり、アリーナが利用できます。ボルダリング・トランポリン・バドミントン・卓球と様々な楽しみ方ができます。グラウンドは全面芝で整備されていて星空グランピングも可能です。滞在した部屋以外にも、高級感溢れる部屋からロフトタイプなどもあり老若男女問わず１人から合宿などの多人数まで色々活動が可能、新感覚で利用できるホテルでした。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
