Dear Curious50916348436, Thank you for choosing Cape Fahn Hotel and for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the hotel very good overall. However, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by mosquitoes during your stay. We conduct regular mosquito fogging twice per week and we will now increase this to thrice per week as a result of your valuable feedback. We have mosquito coils available upon request, I will discuss with the team in order to ensure this information is shared with our guests more clearly. Dear Wanderer, Thank you very much for your nice review and comments, which we really appreciate! We are very happy to hear that overall you have enjoyed your stay at Cape Fahn Hotel. Please accept our sincerest apologies that the bathroom in your villa had a bad smell at the time. We have now rectified this problem so that it does not occur any more in the future. The complimentary transfer between the mainland of Koh Samui and Cape Fahn Hotel operates daily between 05:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Should you prefer to use the complimentary transfer at a time other than the official operation hours, please inform Reception.
Thank you for your enquiry. I can assure you that we are not under the flight-path and that there is no noise from airport activities. We are lucky enough to have the proximity without the disturbance.
