Very convenient location. 2 minutes walk to Shimbashi station and very conveniently located at one end of the Ginza shopping area. Rooms are clean and spacious. they offer free munchies between 6am to 10pm. very helpful staff. definitely recommended.
Booked the biggest room which was supposed to fit 3 people, with the intention of booking an extra bed so that three of us could be accommodated comfortably. However, upon checking in, there was no such option to add an extra bed. When we checked with the front desk on suggestions on how we should mitigate this, they told us that it was possible to fit 3 people in one room on a single bed and that it was our decision to book it knowing the limitations. Not wanting to make a big fuss, my mother requested for a comforter and pillows so she could sleep on the floor. She also asked for additional pillows so it would be comfortable for her, but the front desk told us that it would not be possible as they had already set-up 3 sets of pillows for us on the single king bed. Probably was our fault for booking such a room and not checking in advance, but very disappointed in the service and the staff in handling the situation which made an uncomfortable situation even worse. Am paying $350 a night for a hotel that is not the most conveniently located, with rude and unaccommodating staff who essentially pushed the blame onto us. The king bed that is supposedly meant to accommodate 3 adults (as the lady at the front desk emphasized) only has one comforter. Very disappointed. The room booking was also for my birthday, which made things even worse. Would not recommend at all. Better hotels in better locations and with better service.…
I stayed just one night. The room is very comfortable and well appointed. Quite big for Tokyo standards as well. The staff is very nice. I arrived too early, so they kept my luggage as i explored the city. In the afternoon when i came back, All the luggage was in the room. I did not try breakfast, but the hotel also has a lounge that is open until 10pm, where you can get snacks and wine/sake (there is a special chop card for wine/sake dispenser and you get two glasses for free). This was a very nice touch. The hotel is very clean and very close to Shimbashi Station. Getting an invoice was also not a problem

Rooms are great, hotel is beautiful and good service. A bit expensive... Rooms are very comfortable and there is a corner with food and drinks at the lobby, including wine. Location is good too, walking distance from all the good places in Ginza.
