I went in with horrible expectations after reading thousands of reviews. I was so happy to find out this resort is amazing. Food amazing, staff amazing, very clean, and the grounds beautiful. Pools we're never busy and tons of chairs for everyone.
Check in – process went fine, no issues.
Grounds – Beautiful. The landscaping is awesome.
Pools – fantastic. Service was generally good around the pool, Ambiorix was awesome.

When you have booked preferred upgrade,why do you have to ask for all of the extras listed in the upgrade.
I have read you even have to ask for snacks & drinks to be left in your room
All things listed to encourage you to upgrade should be provided without having to ask for them
Hi I have a question. As when we were staying in your hotel, back in February I have bought a postcards and stamps, filled them in and left on in a reception. None of them were received ( about 8 in total). Question is, are you posting postcards that are left on the reception?

I notice some people make comment about having to ask for top shelf spirits to get them....is this for all guests or just preferred club? trying to work out of
preferred is worth the cost?

Hi Kev! We suggest guests to ask for specific brands when are not displayed on the bar because we might have in storage but we have top shelf spirits.
