Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding your experience with our property, we regret that your expectations were not fulfilled this time. In Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico we concern for our guest comfort and security, that is why the hotel is in perfect conditions and it has a solid construction. Also, we assure you that the hotel has gone through all the necessary inspections to be able to operate in order to ensure a comfortable stay of each guest. Regarding the reservation, we are really sorry for the inconvenient that you had, however if the reservation is made by a travel agency you need to follows the rules established for cancellations, payments or changes.
