Do the beach and pool loungers have cushions? I know at the Grand there are a few cushions , if you asked the pool workers they would get you one, thanks

No there were not any cushions that I have seen. Have a great trip...such a fun place
We are considering the Azul for a family vacation soon. 3 out of 4 of our family are Celiacs (husband, 9 yr and 6 yr old daughters) so gluten free options are important. There seems to be information for gluten free options at the Azul Grand but we would be chosing the Azul as our kids want the water park and play areas. Can anyone comment about seeing any gluten free options recently? Our last experience at an All Inclusive has shown the staff try very hard to please us but could never really answer our questions. Trying to communicate about our food restrictions is difficult for not only the language barrier but just the noise in buffets are always loud so just asking a question is hard. I would appreciate knowing ahead of time if there are options like gluten free bread, pasta or cereal or if we are doomed to fresh food and vegies without sauces. .

The first morning you get there there is a seminar with the sunwing rep and a staff member from all the resort departments. They stated if you had any food allergies or requirements to talk to the person at the meeting that was in charge of food services so I'm guessing at this time they would ensure they had gluten-free options available for all meals. From our experience breakfast they cook eggs and omelettes for you at a station so gluten free breakfast is not an issue. I would imagine they would ensure there was gluten free options for everything else. Just a heads up the lunch and super options aren't always spectacular but they likely will meat your gluten-free needs.
How was the horse back riding and coconut tour and how much was it?

The horseback riding was awesome, they bring u to a secluded beach and you ride there. Cost was 25 Canadian including transportation from the resort.
