Why does this hotel and Tripadvisor allow comments from their own night auditor and staff as evidenced by the comments published by Robert W (Travelodge night auditor( photo included)), the housekeeping supervisor and two other employees? Other comments from this hotel have NOT been published when a negative remark is written. SO! Who do I pay for this service?

Thank you for sending us your inquiries. First and foremost, we do not have reviews from our own employees. All reviews from our TripAdivsor page are generated by guests who take their time to share their experience with other travelers.
Guests who registered with emails at the hotel will receive an automated email from TripAdvisor and Travelodge with a post-stay review. We also have TripAdvisor Cards in all of our rooms. Our staff have been also trained when speaking to our guests to personally hand the TripAdvisor Cards to our guests and encourage them to write reviews. Those reviews will then be published after verification by TripAdvisor. Please note that reviews that are not genuine will be taken out automatically by TripAdvisor and not by the hotel.
If your reviews are not posted on TripAdvisor, I will advise you to look at the details of the TripAdvisor Posting Guidelines.
At last, there is nothing to pay to have your review posted on TripAdvisor. We encourage guests to share their experience with us so that we know what we can do to ensure our guests enjoy their stays.
