Is it customer service/good business to completely ignore guests requests, repeatedly ?
Is it wrong to expect accommodation agreed upon ?.... until $ paid, then told no suite, you get a room.
Have asked repeatedly for suite and get different story from each staff member or ignored continuously for over two months. Why ?
No regard for one guests disability, or the fact they are recovering & attending nuero treatments ( have documentation, has been seen by owner ) Why ?
Only asked for, if possible, accommodation that's a little quieter....Quiet ? 3 large dogs directly behind thin walls, partying all around us, 7 yards from renovation construction etc. Why ?
After being in room 12 days get to deal with badly leaking toilet and sink, ( had to empty waste container repeatedly & continuously mop up whole floor, into kitchen as well). Toilet replaced 4 days later w/ toilet that had been sitting outside (filthy). Man in rm for 2 days trying to fix, finally a plumber on 6th day. Why ? ( this occurred 1 week before Christmas, also as no suite...no oven...no Christmas dinner). Washroom sink plugged for 5 wks, along with back splash bubbling up into my sink from suite directly behind me. Why ? Refused to move us, Why ?
Does this not scream "health hazard" to anyone else ?
Staff will not engage in trying to resolve issues, always put off with different stories or completely ignored. Why ?
All paperwork is different and misrepresents the facts, will not address this issue. Why ?
Some amenities not working for a few weeks ( only washer & dryer available ) Why ?
Have regular cleaner, then a cleaner,(has never been in rm) walks in open door without knocking, asking permission, or invited ( regular cleaner already in rm ) , completely ignore's disabled guest even when asked to leave 2-3 times and proceeds to take pics w/personal cell phone. WHY ?
Shortly after the cleaner incident was locked out of room by owner. Had Mothers cat for a couple days while she's undergoing procedure ( she is 75 yrs old ). Was screamed at................NO cats, did NOT know this, nothing in my paperwork whatsoever regarding this. Dogs all over the place, including pit bulls, bull mastiffs etc. Why?
Was at motel in Oct/14 for 3 days w/ daughter n Grandchildren, Father was dying ( have obit ) Reserved suite w/ gentleman at desk, when arrived woman tried to charge full price ( was hospital/compassion rates ), when mentioned a very different attitude, downright rude. Suite had 4" of water in tub, plug in and a fast, steady hot water drip, couldn't turn off. Back to office, put in an unsuitable room.
Was hoping perhaps staff would be a little more accommodating this time. Why Not ?
I am my disabled best friends caregiver, we are both in our 50s. Do not drink, party etc are very quiet.
Is is too much to expect a little cooperation & respect under the circumstances ? How is this situation suitable for anyone ? especially guests that are dealing with family/friends in hospital, going through treatments etc
Unfortunately, these are only some of the issues.WHY ?
