We stayed at the Fort Gary during our visit for the FIFA Women's World Cup- it was the only hotel we could find with a room available, so we ended up with a suite that was a bit more expensive than we were planning for...続きを読む

Are the gluten free muffins and biscuits made on site?

Yes, we bake all of our pastries, breads, buns, desserts, etc. from scratch at the hotel, including the gluten free muffins and scones. The only item we do not bake is the gluten free bread however.
I was told that the Fitness Centre across the catwalk in a neighbouring building was open at 6am, but the door to the building could only be opened with my key at 6:10am, and apparently the club itself opens to their regular members around 5:30am. Is there some reason hotel guests could not have earlier access? Also, the WiFi in the fitness club did not work unless you were a Shaw customer and the hotel WiFi signal was very weak. I appreciate that the Fitness club is a contracted third party, but their level of service and restricted access reflects on the Fort Gary Hotel. Is there anything that you can do about these items?
