Can you tell me if the hotel has a lift, and also if there are single rooms on the ground floor.

Don't know the answers, but the staff there were very helpful and I am sure that they will give you the relevant advice if you contact them direct.
why does the management comment always IM SORRY THIS IM SORRY THAT it so annoys me Get your act together Hotel if you want to remain open and get up dated nobody wants to stay in fusty old rooms with ancient old had been furniture creaky beds old trays with the condiments on. with the most horrible cups ever upgrade please it makes all the difference ,also old dirty full of hairs shower curtains walls paper thin. and least of all give the correct photos not air brushed ones which are not true just like all holiday brochures. I would more like to hear from Managers what you actually Have done as regards refurbish and what new has been added to the rooms and the Hotel itself on a regular update basis instead of hard working folk having to wait until they have spent / booked/ visited and got there/ and have to say Oh My God then its all too late . I have Not found 1 Hotel from the National Holiday Coaches which gets full 100% Good remarks I Quite understand their prices are cheapish but still its hard earned money and when I book any Hotel I want to enjoy and not find myself miserable because of lack of truthful comments and of how it really is Not how the Management want you to think it is. I have had 2 hell hole experiences and to be frank after complaints as I was there confrontation to the Manager he was in total denial of our complaint and yes they were truthful no point in lying. a 1 off how it was .....we had to stuff 2 full rolls of toilet paper in between the windows to stop the rain coming through and that was just starters. S o I am very keen to have the truth I am not wanting 5* but modernish up to date none broken showers creaky old beds and old bedding either which we got all from ???? thank you

I am not part of the management. I stayed at the hotel in October 2016. I feel that I cannot answer the question, but just re iterate the fact that we were completely satisfied with the hotel. We did not pay 5 star prices. it was well worth the money we paid and would definitely stay there again.
