We are staying at the hotel in May and our flight does not get into Heathrow until 22:50 because of the late time I am thinking about booking a car service. I have tried to email the hotel but have not heard back. There will be two of us and since we are traveling for over 2 weeks we will have two very large suitcases and two international carry-on size suitcases. Does anyone have a particular car service to recommend? The Heathrow website has a quite extensive list but I am not sure which ones are reliable.

We used Airport24 car service from the airport to the Marriott and our return to the airport. They were very professional and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Does the hotel put a hold when a customer makes a reservation and/or at check in? If so, what is the amount?
Also, do they accept debit cards with no card holder name printed on it?

Hi, There is no hold unless you don't show up or don't cancel 24h in advance. For the other issues, I recommend to see directly with the hotel
Does this property have an executive lounge? if so does it serve breakfast and afternoon tea?

Yes, there is an executive lounge, but I didn't go there.
