Stayed for the first time this week. Great location, great room and great breakfast. Lots of little, welcoming touches around the building shows the effort the owner puts in to make it an enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again.
The breakfast is served between 8-10am, but if you require a early breakfast we can always arrange for you a buffet breakfast.
Is there a travel cot available?

From the airport you can catch a taxi which will take~25minutes and cost ~£25 or you can take the airport bus number 100 (~30mins to the city centre) which costs £4.50 and drops you at Waverley Bridge next to the train station (1 mile from Fraoch). And the new tram which costs £5.50 and will drop you at York place (even closer to Fraoch). From there you can walk or catch a bus. The number 11 bus drops you at the front door or any bus that has Leith Walk on the front of the bus will drop you at Pilrig Church on Leith Walk at the top of our street
