同じホテルなのに6か月前の予約時も昨日のチェックイン時もStorm by keahotelsでした．とてもフレンドリーでお部屋も清潔．市内観光にも便利．難点はティシュペーパー、シャンプー、コンディショナーがなく、1種類の兼用液体ボディーソープのみ．北欧では一般的だが、納得して宿泊すべし！

We booked for 3 nights in this guesthouse. It is basically a normal residential house. The guest accommodation is a converted basement with kitchenette and two ensuite bedrooms. The rooms are nice and clean and the ensuite is a bonus. However, the management is so poor. We arrived at the guesthouse with two other guests (we just happened to arrive at the same time, we were not together). There was a number on the door of the house saying to call them when we arrive. We called the number and was greeted by Lena who then gave us the password to get the key to our rooms. We showed ourselves into the house and to our rooms because Lena was out. We later met Lena (the owner) and even though we had paid online for our accommodation, she insisted we owed her money for the room as she had not received it. We even showed her our receipt. We then had to contact the website through which we booked to get them to contact her. The rooms are sold on a bed and continental breakfast basis. Lena said she would put breakfast in the fridge in the kitchen every night ready for the morning. You have to help yourself to breakfast, which is fine. However, breakfast was hilarious. Each guest is given one piece of cheese and one serving of butter. There is a loaf of bread for everyone to share as well as some milk in the fridge. There is no tea, no juice, no cereal. This is not a continental breakfast. We asked if we could have some more butter but she said she will put some more in the fridge later. This didn't happen. They honestly think that it is fine for guests to have 1 piece of toast with 1 serving of butter and 1 slice of cheese for breakfast, and they advertise this as a continental breakfast. It is a joke. They even idividually wrap 1 slice of cheese! Two nights in a row more guests arrived having pre-booked their accommodation. However, Lena had to drive them to another guesthouse in the city because she was fully booked. The people were not happy. This guesthouse is very far from the city and not conveniently located, so to go to the trouble of finding it and then being told you can not stay there even though you have paid, is just ridiculous. There is a washing machine in the guest kitchen and we asked if we could use it. We had to do only a small wash and we told Lena it would be a cold wash. She said it costs $20. We laughed and said that is far too much. She then said that is what all the other hotels charge. We told her we didn't want to use the washing machine for that price. The next day she changed her mind and said the washing machine was free! The rooms are very nice. However, it gets very hot in the rooms, especially because ours did not have any windows. We asked Lena if it was possible to cool the room down or to have a fun, but all she offered was to put us in the next room (with a window) the next time we stay there! It is a shame about the management of this guesthouse, because the rooms are really nice and comfortable. So if you are willing to put up with the extra hassle then by all means stay here. However, don't expect a "normal" guest house/B&B experience.…
