This is a scam. The hotel is a sham. We booked through Boocing but were unable to check in. There was no one there, around 19:00, the restaurant was closed. There was no staff and no way to accommodate us. They had sent us some code for the room but it didn't work. Finally we went to sleep in another hotel. The money was not returned to us, but they had reported that we did not show up. I'm filing a complaint with the prosecutor's office because it's a scam.
Καθόλου καλή συμπεριφορά από τον ιδιοκτήτη υπερχρέωση ενός ατόμου . Δεν αναγνώριζε την κράτηση μας που έγινε διαδυκτιακά μας ταλαιπώρησε μέχρι να δώσει τα δωμάτια ζήτησρ να ξαναπληρώσουμε και αμφισβήτησε και τη κράτηση και την εταιρεία που κλείσαμε τα δωμάτια .
Please do not even try to come....one of our friends paid from Xperia and others from hotels.com, when showed to the counter the man said ..I don't care, money is not in my account...that was at 22.00 hrs. Evening. We paid cash to sleep since it is in the middle of a very bad area... Never ever dream of reserving a room here....and not only, after we paid, they said breakfast not included, one toilet paper every 2 days, sheets change every 3 days, towels change every 3 days etc.... A complete nightmare
We stayed there for one night only, but the room was very nice, fresh, good quality sheets, clean warm room with TV, WiFi and a small kitchen. Bathroom was also very clean. There was a group of students there, but we did not have any issues. Since food was not allowed to be served in the hotel's restaurant, we got free room service! Location is a bit weird. Building is situated between apartment buildings, but there is a dedicated parking, so no issues there.
We need a room in Panagyurishte for just one night, and this hotel is perfect for short vacation or business trip. The hotel is fully renovated with new furniture, flat TV, AC, bathroom, and kitchenette. I stay with my family in apartment with a living room and bedroom.
