On the other side I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the prices. We kindly ask for your understanding that Switzerland has always had a very high price structure and we are not able to influence the current economical situation. We are aware that the strength of the Swiss Franc is very challenging for our guests and are sorry for all inconveniences caused. It is correct that we are charging moderate fee of CHF 6, - for using the shuttle from the hotel to the airport as mentioned on our web page. During peak arrival and departure times, we are delighted to offer a dedicated shuttle service in between Zurich Airport and the hotel.
Once you have arrived at the airport, simply follow signs for “Hotelbus” in order to be guided towards the shuttle pick-up location outside of Arrivals 2.
The shuttle ride from the airport towards the hotel is complimentary for all guests. When using the shuttle going back to the airport, a fee of CHF 5.00 per person will apply.
Tickets must be purchased at the front desk before using the shuttle from the hotel towards the airport.
Please note that we do not reserve seats for any specific departure time. In case you require a transfer outside of the stated departure times, taxis will be available at all times.

There is a train station that is a short 10 minute walk across the street from the hotel, and the hotel provides a free daily train pass to use it that you request from the front desk each morning. Take the S7 train that runs every hour to Zurich HB. The Bahnhofstrasse is a short, easy walk from Zurich HB. Make sure you notice how to catch it upon return from Zurich HB back to the hotel. Swiss trains are efficient and very easy to use.
