It made me glad to learn from your nice comment that you enjoyed our outstanding location. As you wrote, we are next to the Opera House, near the the metro station of the yellow line. This underground is the oldest in Europe, that is why the government wanted to keep the original look of the stops when renovating them, so they did not build elevators or escalator. However, I totally understand that it cause some trouble when you are coming with big luggage. I was happy to see that you like the room and let me thank you for highlighting the transfer service our hotel provide for the guests. We are also grateful for mentioning the nice option for the early check-in, which is depending on the availability, but we always try to do our best, especially when we know in advance that somebody will arrive earlier than the official check-in time. On the other hand, I do regret that we did not meet your expectations regarding the breakfast. As you can see from the previous guest reviews most of our guests are satisfied with the varied buffet breakfast we offer every morning at our hotel. But I am glad that you liked the delicious bread and the sweet pastries. It made me happy to learn from your review that you could use our hotel as the base of your sightseeing tour and you was able to use easily the public transportation, and reach many places even by walking. I would also like to thank you for mentioning our delicious and varied buffet breakfast. On the other hand I am sorry you was disappointed about the room. I would like to kindly inform you, that we have 3 room types and they do not have the same size and style. Unfortunately the different reservation sites not always put the correct picture on the confirmation, because they usually use our profile image, which is our freshly refurbished Delux room. However, when you are making the booking, you can always see the right one depending on the room type you choose. All in all I am glad you enjoyed your stay and also I am happy you found our hotel clean and the beds comfortable, so you could sleep well. The hotel provided an excellent private taxi to the Airport for 9400 Hfl (about £27). Nice driver, who spoken decent English (our Hungarian is not good!)
