Or you are the one who had been here MORE THAN A YEAR AGO with a friend? Where you the one who I paid you back the whole amount of money of your stay?
I am really sorry about what happened, please try to remember that I tried to help you in many ways, even though bed bugs can happens in any hostels. It is not our fault, travellers bring from one hostel to the other one.... It deosn't matter if we are clean or not, but I am proud to own a clean hostel. More over it caused such a big stress and amount of money for me too..., but I am happy to do this for my guests.
So if you are that bored that you don't have better things to do than tarnish my place and my and my colleaguess work I only feel sorry for you.

The hospitality (hostelería) is what it has. If you are unable to improve after criticism (and you just get angry), you're no good for this job.
