Hola, somos dos hombres viajamos juntos por primera vez a Marrakech, y queremos instalarnos en vuestro Riad, el problema es que nuestro vuelo llega a la 1:10 AM, es posible check in? pueden irnos a buscar al aeropuerto? cual es el precio? El Riad es gay friendly?

I wanted to avoid to give details but do you think it is normal to send a guy on a motorbike by 22 pm to meet us in a desert place and to let him suggest to leave one of us (a woman) alone with her luggage while he drives the other one to the riad ?We decided we would walk to the riad following the guy, which is not a big deal but Is it normal that no one carries our lugagges? What about washing our teeth with boiling water and having icy water in the shower ? No way to regulate temperature ? And when you leave your riad the staff still doesn't carry your lugagges to your car (It costs 20 dh to a boy to do it for god sake !), but doesn't show the way back ! All this has nothing to do with luxury places I'm afraid it's just about carring for your customers. I hope you will try to improve the services your provid !

Regarding transfers: as almost all Riads, we use a porter with a trolley (they are based at the gate of the Medina and they all charge 20 Dhs for 1 way) but when you arrived (10.00pm) he was not reachable on his Gsm, that is why I sent our night watchman with his motorbike so that you do not wait too long. This is not the usual process but I had no choice! When guests check-out, we ask them if they wish a porter and if this is the case, we book one. I am sorry if that was not clearly offered to you.
Be sure we care very much for our guests: I myself spent an hour yesterday at the doctor with a guest who had gastric problems...
