Normally the deposit will be return upon check out and its about 2,000 Baht

check out time is 12:00 hrs
if your flight arrive early either you can pay for early check in or you can access to Bandara Lounge on S floor which has swimming pool, Sauna and shower room

Thank you for your staying at our Bandara Suites Silom Bangkok and thank you for your suggestion to improve our products.
I had passed your comments regarding water flow in the bathroom to our Engineering and Housekeeping team and take it seriously to look after it.
By the way our Bandara Suites SIlom have 2 style of Suites which from 8th-15th floor are the same as your previous stayed. But from 16th-26th floor are different style of decoration which more brighter and it has sheer curtain then I would suggest during your make room reservation able to request room on 16th floor and upper floor.

1. For big taxi our staff could assist you to arrange it but it is need to book in advance
2. There are 2 different Taxi to the Airport if fixed price its around 500 Baht and it is included toll way fee, but if running by meter then cost of toll fee would be separate
3. For normal taxi meter is 500 Baht and big trunk taxi would be around 800 Baht
