Hi, I was staying with single occupancy throughout.
Though, being a novotel, I am pretty sure they will charge you for additional guest should he/she stay over night.

At Novotel Suites Hanoi, we have not had the mobile phone with calls and data for rent for our customers service. Yet we can assist you on finding a place to get the adequate SIM card with data and calls for your stay at the most convenience.
