Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed your stay during your visit to Bangladesh. We have noted your feedback and would like to inform you : Regarding shaving Kit, it is available at the housekeeping department and all you have to do is call Housekeeping and ask for it. They will provide you. We Look forward to welcoming you back again at FARS.

Greetings from FARS HOTEL AND RESORTS. With reference to your mail, since you are under 18 years, you are considered dependant. If you are accompanying your father you don't require any documentation. Your dad's NID CARD will do. Let us know when you plan to visit us.

Have you made any reservations at FARS ? if you have than kindly provide me your details and first I will check with my reservations with regards to your rate. I can assure you that it is not our practice to over charge our guests in any way. Please provide me the details so that I can pursue the matter accordingly.
Due to security purpose, we do not allow any guest in the rooms. However, usually guests use our lobby or restaurant to meet and greet their visiting guests
