Maybe you weren’t aware that you failed to identify yourself through a review talking like you know everything while you are not because there is nothing from a real experience rather than imagination and idea from other reviews you have read. We don’t have Japanese guests in recent months, so we’re confident to say the intention here is to degrade us using different language to take advantage of review system. You should realize that you have wasted half of your total writing focusing on mold smell which is in reality untrue. We can see clearly that you are clueless of a real experience. If you were a guest, you would approach us asking for solution, not sleeping with the problem throughout the stay or would you? It’s simply because this is a makeup story. Thank to our real guests who put effort in their reviews to help future reader or holiday-maker from being fooled by our jealous competitors. In our 2 nights at this property we did not get the opportunity to use their pool.
In all my 37 overseas holidays I doubt too many properties had towels beside the pools.
If we had a swim probably used the room towels.
Suggest you buy a very absorbent towel from an outdoors shop in your city & take it with you
The hotel is located down a side street, so not particularly good views.
Air conditioning was fine.
We moved hotel after one night as the style of hotel was not to our liking, but that’s not to say it’s good for other people.

Would like to add that if you look at the hotel map, it is in close proximity to main tourist sites such independent monument, Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda as well as National Museum... You may walk and explore those sites in less than 20mns... 1mn walk will take you to Independence Monument and the late King statue and park. If you wish to explore further like Tuol Sleng genocide museum etc..., they can arrange tuk tuk or taxi meter for you. Just ask them!
