You may want to take a taxi to the first stop and wait there, which I believe is the National Assembly (Glad Hotel). It's not far from the Conrad, perhaps 5 minutes in a taxi.
Pets allowed, ₩250,000.00 non-refundable fee, 15 kg maximum, Stay available only through 'Petmilycation' package(only dog allows) and room types are limited. For pet-friendly room inquiries, contact us directly.

I did not notice any fragrance. Maybe you can email the hotel in advance to make sure if you are allergic.
We did receive the Conrad bear and duck only after we asked for them for our 6 year old boy, unlike some other Conrad properties that had them ready in the room upon check in. But they do have them.
