8年前に同じホテル会社に泊まりました。当時は別のビルにあったすべてがとても美しいので、同じホテルに泊まることにしました。建物を別の場所に移したシェムリアップの街では、それから多くのことが変わった。空港までもが他の場所に移ってしまう。でもこの会社のクオリティ、笑顔、人助け、施設の美しさは少しも変わっていません。またカンボジアに来ることがあれば、ここしか滞在しません。スタッフは、ホテルに必要なものすべて、そして市内のプランについてもとても親切でした。他の都市での残りの計画にも協力してくれました。ボレイさん、ヘンさん、ケアさん、ユンさん、マーラさん、リークさんに特に感謝しています。いつもとても親切で親切でした。7歳の娘と同席しましたが、このスタッフの誠意と歓迎の姿勢に、娘は決して違和感を感じませんでした。Thanx a million!

My Husband booked 10 rooms in April and e-mailed the Hotel directly.. No issues and all went well...Hope this helps..Language can be an issue so be patient... We are going back again for the 3rd. time...Enjoy!
