Reserve este sitio pagando el total de 2 noches, cuando me confirmaron que si tenían disponibilidad las fechas que necesitaba, al numero que escribí la persona que me atendió super grosera y poco servicial, fui insistente en que me confirme el pago y mi reserva ya que no quería percances, luego de una poca comunicación y de contestaciones cortantes, ya fue tanto mi insistencia que a ultimo momento cuando ya transferí el total de mi reserva me dice que no ha visto bien y que no tiene disponible esa fecha. Pésimo servicio y poca cordialidad con el cliente.
Avoid this place! We had made plans for Saint Valentines with my girlfriend a few weeks before and made a reservation in this place. Just 3 days before the trip these guys canceled our reservation and simply stated that their system had an "error ". This was highly suspicious to us as they should've reached out to us right after we made the reservation. They didn't offer further explanation and simply didn't care.
