Lovely place with friendly staff. Clean except that the penthouse are with steps to rooms ... for elderly will Be quite dangerous and would be good if a handle bar could be installed on both sides... Full cleaning only offered for a minimum 4 nights stay which can be shorten to three hopefully. Another is the booking which is hard for us to monitor when they open for booking.. if only they allow a min of a year advance would be good.
Zero service 4 star hotel No parking No restaurant No mini bar No room service No laundry Nothing You pay not what you get Choose somewhere in Sapporo, there are a lot of options better than this hotel If you don’t want to self maintain everything
Hotel is new & modern. I like the Dyson hairdryer in the toilet. I don't like the massive designer chair at the middle of the room. Too little space to hang clothes is an issue as we have a lot of winter jackets. The futon bed is comfy. Many parking lots nearby the hotel & there is one right next to the hotel. No breakfast was provided. I like the access system to the hotel and room which is not by card. Staff was friendly. No laundry machine available in the hotel is a letdown. Location is perfect as it is 1 street away from the shopping street.

This hotel is in a wonderful location with easy walking access to restaurants, trains, the aquarium, shopping, airport bus, etc.
The rooms are great but it can get hot in the bunk bed pods in the family rooms.
Given how limited service you get (no cleaning, take out your own trash, etc.), this hotel should be cheaper. The check in process is them telling you how little service you get and you getting some juice in return.
The games and records to borrow in the lobby are a nice touch.
We stayed 5 nights in Nov 2023 in this modern hotel in the lively Susukino area. It is walking distance to Tanukikoji outdoor shopping mall, Odori Koen park and TV tower, Ganso Ramen Alley and other tourist attractions in the Sapporo city center. We took a cheap airport limousine bus direct from Chitose airport to the Susukino stop and walked a few more blocks to the hotel. They also have a nice fire pit seating out front and a combini Family Mart store on the corner for snacks/food as there is no restaurant on site.
We had 3 adults in a Family Suite with 4 bunkbeds, a large dining room table, well equipped kitchen with dishes, toaster, kettle, TV, fridge & microwave. You can rent other appliances and records from the front desk. The bathroom was large with deep soaking tub/shower combo & plenty of toiletries. We did not have any kind of window view however. This room was one of the largest hotel rooms of our two week trip to Japan. They do have a policy that doesn't allow outside visiting guests in your room without paying an additional charge.
The Front Desk staff are excellent, welcoming and speak English if needed. There is no house keeping/room service unless you're staying longer than 3 days. Our one time cleaning service was efficient and thorough. We did a self check out in the early morning before staff arrived since their hours are limited. It was a simple process with an electronic pad at the front desk and English language button.
We've been visiting Sapporo for several decades and this was one of the best stays we've had at any hotel in the city. We'd highly recommend this hotel for both tourists with families needing more space and people on staycation looking for a good location.
