Most of the single beds are 90x200, so the twins should 135x200 from my experience. Most of the rooms have also a sofa bed. It's best to check with the hotel

The breakfast is depend on the room package that you select when booking, if you select room package which comes with breakfast then it is included. If not, then it is not included (need to pay separately). Hope it answers your question.

There are several ways to obtain directions to the hotel. Use the Oakwood Hotel and Apartments Shin-Osaka official website that contains a viewable map of the hotel location and Shin-Osaka Station. Type the hotel street address and the Shin-Osaka Station into maps on either android or apple smart phone and it will give details of distances and time for walking , driving or taxi and step by step directions. Just be aware there are several entry and exits from the station so depending on where you exit the station from will determine how long it will take. The closest exit will get you to the hotel in about 12mins and is about 1 kilometere walk all with footpaths and flat so easy walk if you have luggage with wheels.
