I spoke with the Manager Dennis Sakaria yesterday (5-11) and explained what happened. He said he was out of town but will look into my claim. He then transferred me to a lady that took all my information down. They have now changed there web page to indicate the Pet Policy of $20 per day per pet. It wasnt like that (and I have the screen capture to prove it) prior to me starting this complaint process. I feel that they owe me $23.50 which would be the $10 per pet per day that was advertised when I made my reservation and also when I showed up on Friday May 6th. The Manager seemed receptive and I will give this a few weeks to either get a check or have a credit to my credit card for the sum of $23.50 which is what they over charged me. If that doesn't happen I will then take this to Wyndham Corporate and also the Better Business Bureau. I will also report back here if/when they make this right.
