My question is directly to Mr. Phil Zhang of Renaissance Shanghai Zongshan Park Hotel - when the guests publicly criticize the service, clearness and worn out rooms of the hotel and complain that they'd never come back, his answer always started with a "thank you for recommending our hotel to other travelers...". Is Mr. Zhang able to understand English?? Does Mr. Zhang really read those comments before reply? How can we count on the hotel to improve if the public relation manager care less and does not take guests' complains seriously?
As always, the issue is at the hotel senior management and leadership...

I have stayed here several times, 1 to 5 days at a time, and always found everything to be in good condition.

Please head to exit 2, then you will need to walk thru the mall, go up the escalators two floors, you will then need to make a right turn. You will see the netrance of the hotel on the left side just before the entrance to a Starbucks. The lobby is on the 25th floor.
