I'll start by saying this Fairfield blows away the Fairfields in the States. This hotel is new and very close to the airport with a free shuttle going every 30 minutes. The location is great in that there is a supermarket 3 minutes away on foot and it's convenient if you plan to explore up north or to the west coast. Breakfast is also way better than Fairfields in the States. The Peruvian and Mexcian restaurants in front of the hotel are good. The cardio equipment in the gym is brand new and works great. Rooms are clean and spacious. My favorite suprise was the free to use self-serve clothes washer and dryer on the 4th floor. Staff are friendly and helpful too!
Excellent service and staff! Great food and drinks with fresh local ingredients. Absolutely lovely place to stay near the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay the night. We also met some nice people from our home state of ALASKA!!
Last minute plans had me checking in without a reservation. I’m happy they were able to accommodate me as well. Everything in the room is clean and friendly and very pleasant staff. Half an hour shuttles, and only four minutes away from airport ideal for quickly over.
We tried the Fairfield out and are glad we did. It's new and modern and so clean. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding (yummy gallo pinto). All the staff were professional and excellent - especially the front desk. The Fairfield is close to the airport and includes a shuttle. We will stay here again when we return to Costa Rica.
I will admit I only booked this stay as my last night in Costa Rica with an early flight departure, as I trust and use Marriot properties often enough and the free convenient airport shuttle sealed the deal. But WOW, I was so impressed with this NEW property! The lovely lobby with fruit water offerings, friendly front desk, shiny SPOTLESS CLEAN hotel, with very comfortable beds and bedding, an in room expresso machine! Cute tile bathroom with all the toiletries and a hair dryer to use. Option to use the next door fitness facilities if you like. (I did not have time for that). Downstairs, you'll find the dining area offers dinner and breakfast as well as a fun lil bar. Great service! The bartender Wilberto is a talented mixologist who went above and beyond to create fun experience while we were there! All of the staff was friendly and hard working, even the free breakfast was tasty and offered early enough that we actually could eat something prior to our shuttle to the airport. I highly recommend a stay here to begin or end your Costa Rica trip, you won't regret it. Tip: You can also use Uber Eats to deliver to you in this location.…
