We flew to San Jose. Drove to arenal. Takes about 3 hours. If you fly to other airports it will take you at least 4 hours to drive to the arenal area.
Hi, what would you like to know about this accommodation? I would like to know the lay out of the suites. I am traveling with another couple and wonder if it is 2 bedrooms or a bedroom and fold out couch or what. we need privacy so if there are not 2 bedrooms I need to know so we can book to rooms rather than one. Also what type of transportation is available into town if we want to eat of premises?

The staff all spoke English. I called before we went. It rang a long time before they picked up, but they answered all my questions. Ask for a room facing the volcano.
