A family member had to be evacuated from one of the islands to Victoria General and I accompanied. We thought the issue would be resolved that day but found out it would be an overnight. I booked at Econolodge because of its proximity. I had...続きを読む

We would like to stay here for a week after a Hawaiin cruise. What is the easiest way to get from the cruise teerminal in Vancouveer to Victoria? Would we need a hire car for our stay in Victoria or is public transport good like in Vancouver.
Many thanks for your help.

I would recommend the Pacific Coach Lines or renting a vehicle in Vancouver and take the ferry over to Swartz Bay. I find most people who are visiting Victoria like the freedom of having a car to see more of the island... 続きを読む
I would recommend the Pacific Coach Lines or renting a vehicle in Vancouver and take the ferry over to Swartz Bay. I find most people who are visiting Victoria like the freedom of having a car to see more of the island. There is public transportation, however, this may limit you to specific place you would like to visit while you are on the Island. We hope you have a fantastic cruise! We look forward to your visit with us. Safe journeys, Econo Lodge Inn & Suites, Victoria, BC.
