The staff was awesome! The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The gym was awesome! The girl responsible for breakfast was really nice and the food was great! As an added bonus there is great outlet mall across the street.
Great service. Clean rooms. Great value. Ideal location. Would recommend for solo or business stay overs. Not much to do for family scenario. Always love Hamptons! Pets are not permitted at this location either.

I installed the Hilton Honors app for the e-check in. I was hoping to get a room on the quieter side of the building. How far in advance of our stay can I choose a room?

I booked the hotel just an hour or so in advance of arrival. I scoped it out and liked the surroundings and ended up there. I would say the end of the building away from the freeway would be the best.
Are there grab bars in the bath/shower in regular rooms?

I am not sure where you have seen that we are pet friendly, but our main Hampton Inn website, as well as all the major third party sites have us at not-pet friendly.
