Excellent set up and large spacious rooms. Easy to get to and right next to top restaurant and airboat rides. Front desk were helpful and polite. This was easy to book online and check in too. It’s a quite set up with everything I need in a room inc a decent mini kitchen.
Had a fantastic one-night stay here. The property seems new and still had that new house scent. Room was very clean. Everything from check-in to check-out was super easy and accommodating. Even though check-in time isn't until 4 pm, they let me check in early shortly after noon. They also have free bike rentals - I took advantage of this and had a great time biking around the city (it's not a big place so it's easy to cover most of the city in a short 30 minutes bike ride). The hotel is also located a short walking distance away from most restaurants and less than a 5 minute drive from Gulf Coast Visitor Center. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay to explore this area of the Everglades.
Stayed here on an impromptu trip to the swamps and we were so blown away by everything this place has to offer. It has all the luxury amenities of a nicer hotel, but none of the pretentiousness. Our room had 2 comfortable beds and a mini kitchen area. They also have a sofa bed but we didn't use it. Water pressure was excellent, and the room was very clean. Somehow I associate being in the Everglades with some kind of semi-grimy camping trip but this was really immaculately clean. I so appreciated the thought that went into designing this hotel. After a long day on the water, being with animals and in the hot sun, a cool shower, and a comfortable bed is really all we wanted. Didn't want to deal with the swamp IN our hotel room! Staff is super kind here, and after speaking to them it seems like they've been working here a long time. They took the time to book all of our tours for us, even managing to score us a private kayak tour with a fantastic knowledgeable guide on a day the regular tours were full. We appreciated that they took precautions like wearing masks and having hand sanitizer available. It's a small family operation with a big franchise familiarity. The rooms look and feel a lot like a franchise hotel--something we were unable to find in other local hotels. We spoke to the front desk staff and it sounds like this is a family owned business and we were glad to support them. They have some sundries for sale at the front desk, and a small gift shop. If you forget your sunscreen and hat, this is the place to pick it up! Five Stars for comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff, great location, ease of booking the room and tours, and a overall excellent value. I will definitely come here again!…
Stayed here for one night while in Everglades City and was tempted to extend the stay! It’s quite new, very clean, furnished well, and very roomy with a kitchenette! Great shower pressure with hot water, front desk is extremely helpful, and free bikes (and WiFi) for you to use. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
This hotel is brand new. We stayed for one night and were very pleased with our stay. Everything was nice and clean, it was close to our Everglades tour in the morning, and the staff were very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend staying here!
