Love Oceania Beach Club! It is just a short walk to Flagler and and a short drive to everything else. Room 307 and room 205 are both gorgeous. They have recently updated the premises and it is beautiful. Had a wonderful anniversary celebration. These condos...続きを読む
Booked a local mini vacation with my boyfriend for the weekend. Prices very reasonable for all the amenities. Beautiful oceanfront rooms were clean and comfy. Little kitchenette was very convenient. All parking was included in the rates. Will definitely be booking a stay here again!!!
I was traveling with my husband & my mom to visit family in the area & booked this place because I was looking for a 2 BR, 2 bathroom suite. This Condo had all of that plus a kitchen, dining area, living room & a...続きを読む
This was a girl's weekend getaway. There were 5 different rooms rented here. Must be someone owns it and then you rent through management. All of them very nice with kitchens, dining and living room areas..Two bedrooms with 2 baths and balcony. Ours was a...続きを読む

I noticed that the Oceania Beach Club states 4 people per room. Am I understanding that correctly? I don't know many families that vacation with only four people. Are there exceptions to this rule.
Your website states "free parking" although it does not clarify how the parking is monitored. Is there an assigned parking spot per unit? Is the parking lot monitored? What is done to keep unauthorized cars from being on the lot? Is the lot gated?

No assigned parking spots but only one car per unit strictly enforced due to limited parking space.
Is there security there? I was told that people at times throw things off the balconies at cars on the parking lot. I am wondering if anything is actually managed to any degree since a rental agency on-site merely rents the rooms and in reality the condominium association is a separate company that is in charge of maintenance.
Is there a power struggle that results in poor communication between the condominium association and the rental agency that actually prohibits proper over-site by anyone leaving the finger pointing to begin? How safe are the people there ?
