Great location, customer service and cleanliness! Close to lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Orlando.
Great location. The front desk staff member Isaac was great. He went over and above to make the reservation process smooth. He also gave us a late check out- they made sure we knew they would work with us. Rooms were very clean and quite during later hours. I would highly recommend this hotel. We were very satisfied with the whole experience. I would recommend this hotel / location to anyone.
The room was nicely furnished. It was also very clean and the size was adequate. The only drawback was that the AC was extremely noisy! It sounded like an airplane was taking off in my room. It was surprising that a nice, new hotel like this would have such a noisy unit.
We stopped by for a business trip, and the Hilton Winter Park was a great choice. The place is new, clean and very convenient to downtown Winter Park. There are also great places within walking distance. We found the pillows difficult to sleep on and they have a strange made-to-order breakfast, that might or might not be included with your room rate. The rate I had apparently came with breakfast, but I couldn't help but notice how expensive options would have been. I ordered some sort of a "fruit plate" (like $12) that was just a small bowl of strawberries and blueberries. That was it. Everything else about the hotel was great and I would definitely stay there again.
Brand new hotel near shopping and restaurants. Very convenient location. Room was very nice with small fridge. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Was staying in town to be near the hospital where someone was having a serious surgery. Hotel had everything I needed for a stress free stay.
