Were you in room 103? My husband and I stayed there Saturday, November 14, 2015, and We experienced the same thing. The same rudeness.

My husband and I checked in at this hotel on Saturday , November 14, 2015 at around 1:30pm.. We had come to Louisville to celebrate a friend of my husband's 60th birthday with a Black and White Tie formal event. This was suppose to have been a fun and peaceful trip, but no. Upon pulling up in the parking lot, I noticed that it was almost completely empty with the exception of 2 or 3 other cars parked there. This kind of made me skeptical about staying here since there were several other hotels all around this one , but their parking lots were full. Listening to my husband, We decided to stay anyway. When we walked in the lobby, we heard and saw an Arab man ( later told that he was the owner: Mr. M.S. Dhillion) YELLING ( in broken English) at the desk clerk and a lady sitting in her office adjacent to the right of the front desk. The desk clerk, who was very friendly, checked us in. We were given room 103. We left to go to the birthday party at around 7:30 pm that night. We had a ball there!! We had finally found the fun and peace we so desperately needed because the past few months had been filled with my husband almost losing his life to a stroke and me trying to keep it all together for the both of us. We returned back to the hotel at around 12:30 am... Before going to bed, I set my alarm clock to 6:30 am , so I could get up early for the free hot and cold breakfast. Breakfast is my favorite meal. That morning, I got dressed and went to the kitchen. The breakfast was awesome: you name it, they had it. I loved it. After eating, I laid back down in bed. I laid there for about two hours. Finally, since it was getting close to the 11:00am checkout time, I got up and went in the bathroom to take a shower. When I undressed, I immediately noticed, in the bathroom mirror, several huge red bites all over my stomach. I showed my husband. He immediately called the front desk for me to report that I had suspected BED BUG BITES. The desk clerk informed the owner Mr. Dhillon. Within five minutes, someone was knocking on our door. My husband opened the door and there stood a lady ( later, I will be told her name is Tina: the laundry lady) , and Mr. Dhillon behind her. Tina IMMEDIATELLY told us that they "don't have BED BUGS anymore, and that they just checked for them not too long ago!!" Mr. Dhillon just stood there behind her screaming in his native tongue at us as well. I then lifted up my shirt for them to see the suspected BED BUG BITES at that point. Tina aggressively pushed her way pass by husband, and immediately yelled " those are not BED BUG BITES!!" She went on and on continuing to pursue an argument with my husband and I. I then told her to get out of our room and closed the door. The owner, Mr. Dhillon NEVER came in the room to look at my stomach when I had asked him to do so: He stayed in the hallway. He didn't care. Tina didn't care . We could hear them outside our door mocking us and laughing about the whole ordeal : NO apology!! NO compassion!! JUST PLAIN RUDE!!!!!!!!! Finally, my husband called the front desk to ask if we can get our money back. Two minutes later, Tina ( the laundry lady) came back to our room, but this time BANGING on our door. We opened the door, and she immediately screamed that we were not getting anything back . She again started to pursue an argument , and I then closed the door in her face as she stood in the hallway laughing. I went to our car and got two garbage bags out ( as I keep them in there for trash) so I could put all our clothes in them just in case it was confirmed that I did indeed have BED BUG BITES on my stomach, My husband and I gathered our things up quickly. I then went to the front desk to checkout. I asked the desk clerk who the lady was who had came to our room, She told me her name was Tina. While standing there at the desk waiting for a copy of my receipt, Tina came up to me trying to pursue an argument AGAIN. I immediately told her that I didn't appreciate her talking to me that way since I have a lot of suspected BED BUG BITES on my stomach. She laughingly yelled " YOU DON'T HAVE ANY BED BUG BITES!!" Me, being sick and tired of her rudeness , yelled back at her telling her that " I didn't come in here with any bites on my body, and I shouldn't be leaving with them either!!" The desk clerk then asked me to come in an office with her and she'd give me a copy of my receipt. Tina, laughing hysterically, followed us in there, but later backed off, and went back down the hallway to the laundry room. I returned to our room. Finally, my husband and I had finished gathering up all our stuff ( putting all the clothes in garbage bags and tying it tightly) , and left that hotel. NEVER EVER TO RETURN AGAIN!! No apology!! No compassion!! No refund!! Just rudeness and ridicule!!!! Also, they over-charged my husband's credit card twenty-five dollars. When asked about that, he was told it would be credited back to his card, but , as of today ,it has not been. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Today, November 16, I went to my family doctor who confirmed that the bites were indeed BED BUG BITES!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ John R. Williams
