The view and location is espectacular but the rooms are way too expensive for what you get; no AC, no hot water, things do not work properly and the breakfast is very poor. In general the facilities are grungy!
La playa mas bella... el lugar mas comodo para descansar.....2 vez que vamos a ese lugar y vale la pena las caminatas el atardecer los peces el mar las montañas todo expectacular sin desperdicios....la comida exquisita. lo recomiendo mucho
We have stayed here twice, both times loved it. All the rooms surround an interior park with a meandering pool. Beautiful and fun. The Mexican breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Help is good. Only caveat -- a little noisy. Near a disco.
I stayed at La Tortuga on Aug 9- Aug 10 and what a wonderful experience it was. To give you an idea of the relaxed atmosphere let me describe the check in process we experienced. I had booked my stay on Expedia and when I arrived for check in the owner of the hotel welcomed me and handed me the key to the room. No form to sign, no credit card requested, no hassles of any kind. The hotel is one of a kind, I think the best word to describe it may be serene. If you are looking for an off the beaten path gem look no further.
