Just a few miles. Family members and military personnel often stay here. I highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean, has great amenities, including a full kitchen in the room, and a wonderful, friendly staff.
When you call aroind 1:30 am to see if they are any rooms available? and the front desk said yes. We ask if they can hold them we are on the road to Missouri will be there when daylight comes out. Front desk ask for debit or credit card. We tell the staff we don't want to give you our card info because we been traveling from San Diego with a baby and a toddler 2 teenagers 14 and 13 and our daughter 25. And they already try scam our account luckily our bank caught it before any other transactions were made. Now we are explaining all this to the front desk employee and she replies no we cant run your debit unless someone is here physically. We are really concern someone running our debit and taking all our money we just came to Missouri to see our son graduate from boot camp ARMY Soldier. When daylight came out we were so tire when I seen the first hotel I went in and ask if they had rooms he yes so we went with our business our son graduation. And 2 days later when we are about to go home we find out that they took our money from our account. 400$ and change so my wife immediately calls them and they were really rude to her on the phone told her she should of cancel. They didnt even call to see if we still wanted the rooms all she said well we could rented the rooms 4 times if yiu would cancel my wife was on tears that's are money for food and lodging going back to San Diego they show no remorse even when they seen our children all pack in the car the manager Belinda told me why I was getting upset I told her i feel they rob us from our money I feel they should of told us about if we didnt di a cancellation that they were going to charge us for the 2 rooms. There employee fail to give us that small information that was a huge for us especially when we are so far away from and them knowing this just told if I kept being upset Belinda said she wouldn't help me. I walk away she said that the girl who helps us was crying yes she was crying because my wife on the phone begging for them to help us to give our money back do girl cry and said iam sorry I didn't tell you about the fee. Now I would like to know if that's OK for them not to give you that small of info and later send u an email an in small prints tells yiu about the fee that to me looks like is a straight set for failure so they can rob people who travels and have no idea how this hotel people our straight wolves in disguise of sheep. I need imputed if iam wrong than iam wrong bur if anybody can give me the truth
